RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you have changed your mind about your on-line EVENSWISS purchase, please contact us by email: info@evenswiss.es or .co.uk to arrange a return. This must be done within 30 days of the order date and the product/s must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging (i.e. in a re-saleable condition).

If the product/s have arrived broken, faulty or they are not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will exchange within 10 working days. This also applies for product exchanges.

Refunds will be back to the original method of payment and will be within 2 - 3 weeks from receipt of the goods.
